Biography

• Prof. Adil Chahboun received his Ph.D degree from University Paul Sabatier, Toulouse France. He worked as a Post. Doc. at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver Canada (2001-02). He was a visiting scientist and a non permanent member of the physics center of Minho University (2004-2013) Braga, Potugal. Actually he is professor at Abdelmalek Essaadi University. His main research interest is the fabrication and characterization of nanostrctures (Ge, SiGe, ZnO) for applications in data storage and photovoltaics. .
