Biography

Pr. Mostafa EZZIYYANI

Abdelamalk Essaadi University, Morocco

Prof. Dr. Mostafa Ezziyyani, IEEE and ASTF Member received the “Licence en Informatique” degree, the “Diplôme de Cycle Supérieur en Informatique” degree and the PhD “Doctorat (1)” degree in Information System Engineering, respectively in 1994, 1996 and 1999 from Mahmmeed V University in Rabat, Morocco. Also, he received the second PhD degree “Doctorat (2)” in 2006, From Abdelmalek Essaadi University” in Distributed Systems and Web Technologies. In 2008 he receives a Researcher Professor Ability Grade. In 2015 he receives a PES Grade the highest degree at Morocco University. Now he is a professor of Computer Engineering and Information System in Faculty of Science and Technologies of Abdelmalek Essaadi University since 1996. His research activities focus on the modelling databases and integration of heterogeneous systems (with the various developments to the knowledge base, the object BD, active BD, Multi- System Agents, distributed systems and mediation). This research is at the crossroads of databases, artificial intelligence, Software Engineering and Programming. Professor at computer Science Department, Member of La.S.I.T laboratory, and responsible of the research direction Information Systems and Technologies, he formed a research team that works around this theme and more particularly in the area of integration of heterogeneous information systems and Muti-Agents Systems using WSN as technology for communication. He is the editor and coordinator of two basic projects with Ministry of higher education and scientific research and others as international project (ERANETMED3) in the topic modelling of distributed information systems reseed to environment and agriculture. The first project aims to propose an adaptive system for flood evacuation. This system gives the best decisions to be taken in this emergency situation to minimize damages. In the second project, aims to develop a research dynamic process of the itinerary in an events graph for blind and partially-signet users. Moreover, he has been the principal investigator and the project manager for several research projects dealing with several topics concerned with his research interests mentioned above. He was an invited professor for several countries in the world (France, Spain Belgium, Holland, USA, Tunisia). He is member of USA-J1 program for TCI morocco delegation in 2007. He creates strong collaborations with research centers in Databases and Telecommunications for students exchange: LIP6, Valencia, Poitier, Boston, Houston, China. He is the author of more than 60 papers which appeared in refereed specialized journals and symposia. He was also the author of 2 paper of the book "New Trends in Biomedical Engineering", AEU Publications, 2004. He was a member of the Organizing and the Scientific Committees of several symposia and conferences dealing with topics related with Computer Sciences, Distributed Databases and Web technology. has been actively involved in the research community by serving as reviewer for technical, and as an organizer/co-organizer of numerous international and national conferences and workshops. In addition, he served as a programme committee member for international conferences and Workshops.

Pr. Janusz KACPRZYK

< Janusz Kacprzyk is a Polish engineer and mathematician, notable for his multiple contributions to the field of computational and artificial intelligence tools like fuzzy sets, mathematical optimization, decision making under uncertainty, computational intelligence, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, data analysis and data mining, with applications in databases, ICT, mobile robotics and others.
Kacprzyk is a professor of computer science at the Systems Research Institute and an academician (full member) of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Currently he is president of the Polish Operational and Systems Research Society and past president of the International Fuzzy Systems Association (IFSA) in 2009-2011.
He is a foreign member of the Spanish Royal Academy of Economic and Financial Sciences (2007), of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (2013), of the Finnish Society of Sciences and Letters (2018), as well as member of Academia Europaea and the European Academy of Sciences and Arts, and fellow of multiple professional societies, like IEEE, Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), European Coordinating Committee of Artificial Intelligence (EurAI/ECCAI), IFSA, and Mexican Society for Artificial Intelligence (SMIA). In 2013, he becomes the laureate of the annual IFSA Award.
In 1970, Kacprzyk graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, Poland, with M.Sc. in automatic control and computer science. In 1977, he obtained Ph.D. in systems analysis and in 1991 D.Sc. (habilitation) in computer science. As of 1997, he is full professor, awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland.
As of 2018, Kacprzyk is professor of computer science at the Systems Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences, at Warsaw School of Information Technology, and Chongqing Three Gorges University, Wanzhou, Chinqgqung, China. He is honorary foreign professor at the Department of Mathematics, Yili Normal University, Xinjiang, China, as well as part-time professor of automatic control at Polish Industrial Institute of Automation and Measurements (PIAP) and part-time professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Cracow University of Technology. Kacprzyk has been a frequent visiting professor in the US, Italy, UK, Mexico, China, Japan.
As of April 2018, Kacprzyk has authored 6 books, edited or co-edited more than 100 volumes, authored or co-authored approximately 550 papers. He is the editor-in-chief of 7 book series at Springer, and of two journals, and is on the editorial boards of approximately 40 scientific journals.

Prof. Jochen Werner

Medical Director and CEO, Medicine University of Essen, Germany

Pr. Jochen Alfred Werner was born in Flensburg, Germany, in 1958. He studied medicine at the University of Kiel, Germany, and passed his medical exam in 1987. In the same year, he did his doctorate and started working as doctor and scientist at the Department of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, of the University Hospital of Kiel. In 1991, he obtained his specialization in Oto-Rhino-Laryngology. Further, he received the recognitions of specialist in plastic surgery and allergology. Werner became Professor of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology in 1993, and two years later he was nominated assistant head physician of the Department of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology of the University Hospital of Kiel. In 1998, Werner accepted the appointment as Chairman of the Department of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology and Head and Neck Surgery of the Philipps University of Marburg, Germany. Regarding his scientific activity, Werner works on metastatic spread, malformations of the lymphatic and vascular systems as well as surgical procedures of head and neck cancer diseases. For 10 years, Werner was editor-in-chief of the journal European Archives of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology and Head & Neck, which is the oldest ENT-specific journal in Europe. During his career as Dean for Medical Education from 2004 to 2006,

he accompanied the first merging and privatization process of a University Hospital in Germany, of the University Hospitals of Giessen and Marburg. In addition, he was responsible for establishing the Dr. Reinfried Pohl Center for Medical Education.Since 2011, Werner was Medical Director of the University Hospital of Marburg and Chief Medical Officer of the University Hospital of Giessen and Marburg. From 2013 to 2015, he was member of the management board in full-time position. Also in 2011, Werner became member of the German Academy of Scientists, Leopoldina – National Academy of Sciences. From 2014 to 2015, in addition to his position as CMO of the UKGM, Werner was spokesman of the Medical Board of Rhön-Klinikum AG, which at that time encompassed 9 hospitals at 5 campuses with around 5,000 inpatient beds. Since October 1, 2015, Werner works as CEO of the University Medicine of Essen. One year later, he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of the Inselspital -Inselgruppe AG of Bern, Switzerland. Further positions held by Werner among others are his long activity as expert for the Institute for Medical and Pharmaceutical Examination Questions (IMPP), his membership in the Management Board of the Hessian Hospital Society from 2012 to 2015, and the foundation of the German Study Center of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, initiated by him in 2012. From 2001 to 2009, Werner was responsible for the organization of the annual meetings of the German Professional Association of Otolaryngologists as spokesman of the advisory board of the German Educational Association of Otolaryngologists, of which he became honorary member. In 2015/2016, Werner was President of the German Society of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, of which he was nominated honorary member in 2017. In his position as Medical Director and CEO of the University Medicine of Essen since 2015, Werner focuses on digitization in medicine and leads the University Medicine with over 10.000 employees of Essen in the direction of becoming a Smart Hospital.Meanwhile Werner and his team havealso been taking the path to a Green Hospital. Smart Hospital means a stronger focus on the human as a patient, a relative and an employee. To achieve this goal digitalization is used in its different layers up to the field of Artificial Intelligence. The transformation of the University Medicine Essen, Germany to a Smart Hospital gained multiple awards, e.g. the Newsweek journals ranking as the 28th out of 250 in the category World Best’s Smart Hospitals. Further recognition was obtained by the Health Media Award, the German Change Award, the KU Award for Marketing and the TOP 100 Award for middle-class companies. Besides his main activity Werner regularly writes posts for various newspapers and magazines. He is a columnist for print media and a demanded expert for TV shows. Beyond that Werner is a podcaster with a recognizable presence in social media. With more than 50.000 followers his activity as a Medical Influencer contributes to the acceleration of digitalization in the health sector. Together with Prof.Dr. David Matusiewicz Werner has implemented the YouTube Channel Digi Health Talk, Germany’s biggest independent video platform in healthcare.

Prof. Dr. Thomas Druyen

Director and Founder of the Institut for future Psychology and future management Sigmund Freud University

Prof. Dr. Thomas Druyen wirkt als Wissenschaftler, Autor, Redner, Manager und Publizist. Er ist ordentlicher Universitätsprofessor in den Bereichen Alters- und Generationssoziologie, Zukunftspsychologie, Vermögenspsychologie, Gesundheitsmanagement und Familienunternehmen. Seit über zwanzig Jahren ist er medial präsent und erreicht zum Beispiel als Kolumnist von Prisma eine Leserschaft von sieben Millionen Menschen. Druyen hat sein Wissen auch in andere Institutionen zum kulturellen Wandel eingebracht. So war er in drei Jahrzehnten u.a. Vizepräsident des Internationalen Club of Budapest, Vorstand der Schweizerischen Peter Ustinov Stiftung oder Kommunikationsleiter der Helmut Horten Stiftung. Im Jahre 2019 und 2020 leitete er auch ein Projekt der chinesischen Konfuzius Familie in Europa zur Verbesserung des Verständnisses zwischen chinesischen und europäischen Familienunternehmen. Seit 1990 forscht Professor Druyen zum Thema demografischer Wandel und zum Verhältnis der Generationen. Seine Publikationen „Olymp des Lebens - das neue Bild des Alterns“ oder „Goldkinder - die Welt des Vermögens“ waren publikumswirksame Plädoyers für einen besseren Dialog der Generationen. Über fünfzehn Jahre war er auch Präsident der gleichnamigen Stiftung. Seit dem Jahre 2015 leitet er das von ihm gegründete Institut für Zukunftspsychologie und

Zukunftsmanagement (IZZ) an der Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversität in Wien. Hier geht es um die psychologischen Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung, der Künstlichen Intelligenz und der Robotik auf unsere Lebens- und Gesellschaftsverhältnisse. Grundsätzlich ist die Gegenwart von einer generellen Überforderung geprägt, die vermehrt Gefühle von Stress und Ohnmacht aufkommen lässt. Die Zukunftspsychologie beschäftigt sich mit den Möglichkeiten darauf vorausschauend zu reagieren, und eine Zukunftsnavigation zu entwerfen und zu trainieren. Seiner Ansicht nach erleben wir die größte und schnellste Veränderung der Menschheitsgeschichte und nun geht es darum, zukunftsfähige Haltungen, eine neue Fehlerkultur und präventive Kompetenzen aufzubauen, um nicht von der virtuellen Technologie überrollt zu werden. Oral presentation guidelines

All sessions will last 100-120 minutes. Each session will have a president and usually 10-15 presenters. Each speaker will have a speaking time of 10-15 minutes maximum. The chair of your session will confirm the exact time of your presentation, based on the number of presentations in the session. In order to allow discussion after individual presentations, the session chair will be time keeper and will ensure that all presenters strictly adhere to their allotted time. All presenters and session presidents will be contacted by email prior to the conference. Session Chairs will receive presenters' email addresses and initiate communication.

Poster presentation guidelines

A poster session is a graphic presentation of an author's research. Authors illustrate their study findings by displaying graphs, photos, diagrams, and a small amount of text on poster boards. Presentations should follow the AI2SD guidelines, See AI2SD Preparing for Submission.
In a poster session, there is no formal oral presentation; instead, each author is assigned a display area on which diagrams, graphics, data, pictures/photos, and a small amount of text are presented.
The poster should be self-understandable, but the author should be available at certain times, such as refreshment breaks and during the devoted poster session, to interact with viewers and answer questions.
The poster boards exactlly 120 high 80 cm, landscape orientation. (is the unique recommended size for posters).

If you are unable to attend the AI2SD'2022 conference in person mainly due to financial or any other reasons, but still wish to have your paper presented and published, we offer virtual presentations for your convenience. There are two types of virtual presentations available.
